  I love this bank but this branch is horrible the lines are always long and it seems like the other employees don't even bother to help.I met the Manager I tried asking her a question while she was in her office alone and before I could get three words out she told me I have to wait in line. Even Wells Fargo has better customer service then this branch. I would just like to be respected at a place that holds my finances.

  This branch is terrible. Slowest branch I've ever been to. Every time I go in, there are several people in line, and 1 teller open. The Manager Kori argued with me about opening an account that was protected. Kori is so fake when taking to customers. She seems like the type it would be a nightmare to work for. I closed my accounts after they stole 200 of my money after paying off a loan early.

  Everything about afcu is terrible Terrible app Terrible customer service Terrible website Can't even wear a hat in their drive thru without being asked ţo remove it (even though I was paying off a truck loan, not withdrawing) Tried to sell my truck to get a better dti ratio for my house im closing on and discovered a $4600 collateral policy added, despite over 5 attempts to upload insurance declaration via their website. Thanks afcu! Now I have to wait 14 days to get it removed.

  Irrespective of the vendor, your customer experience is largely dependent on the attitude YOU bring. I make sure to come with a smile, some patience, and a clear purpose and as a result I've never had a poor experience.

  We spoke with Kori today regarding a loan, and before we were even done talking to her I knew that I had to write a review. We have been working with lots of different lenders and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Until Kori. Never have we felt so positive about moving forward with the complicated loan we needed. Sincerely, best branch, best manager, and we have devided due to her fabulousness we are switching all personal and professional banking to America First!

  Just spent 45 minutes in the teller line at 10:00 am on Wednesday with only a few cars in front. Lines more moving. Hire more people. Ridiculous! People are nice that is why they get 2 stars otherwise I would give one.

  If I could give this branch a 0 I would. Very frustrating. As soon as we walk in, a lady gives us attitude about where to go. Then we say we need to talk to a representative about our account and the other lady WOULD NOT let us talk to a rep and told us she can help us. She continued to talk down to us. We told her what we needed and she did not understand and so we asked again to talk to a rep and very rudely she said “I told you that is through me and they can’t help you. “ Very rude tellers. She then decided to gossip back and forth with the other teller while we are there in front of her and would whisper under her mask to herself.

  Worked with Lybbe, she was great! Very good listener, patient and understanding of our situation. Worked with us to get to the easiest solution. Kori was very professional, and dealt well with a very difficult customer that was making a scene. Great people that care about what you’re doing with your money.

  Other locations are better. Lines tend to be long, tellers are only so friendly, branch management however is very solid and helpful.

  This branch is extremely difficult to work with for loans. I've had 3 deals fall through because they ask for ridiculous paperwork. One guy that wanted his passport... Another one they wanted 2 years of registration papers for a car.... Even though I'm a licensed dealer!! It's this for real? If I could tell my customers one thing it would be to drop America first as their credit union and go to Mountain America.
