  Josh and his team did it again! 🎉🙌🏽 With just 15 days from closing, Josh, Brandon and Valerie stepped in and managed to successfully get my client’s loan cleared to close.   Josh, Matt and Valerie are terrific to work with. I am an agent and they supported the financing of our personal home today!   From the moment I called Josh for the pre-approval letter (which he got to me within a couple of hours) to the close of the house, this team (Josh Moody and Brandon Mears) sprinted to get the house closed. This is the second time we've used them and both times have been great experiences. They hand hold you through the process and their customer service is possibly the best I've ever experienced.
