  Toby Cooksey is a very hard worker, he went above and beyond expectations, even after my constant calling and questions. He always gave me an answer to everything I had asked, and if he didn't know he found out for me in a very timely manner. I strongly recommend CountryPlace when purchasing a home, personally I used a VA and everything went smoothly compared to past experiences buying and selling. Toby Cooksey made me feel confident in my purchase and helped me understand the whole process.

  Jeff and the whole crew at Country Mortgage were absolutely amazing!! After many failed attempts at buying a home (and so very close to losing hope) they helped us make it happen! Not only were they extremely helpful, but they were friendly and worked with us as if we were all in this together! I am so glad all of our failed attempts led us to this amazing company!   Thomas Kline was my loan officer. Before and even after my closing, every time I contacted him by phone or e mail, within minutes he would get back to me with a direct answer. I jokingly wrote to him to say his middle name must be "customer Service" I closed 3 months ago, I wrote him to askhim where I could find some paperwork. He wrote me back in minutes, not hours, with a link. The whole loan process with him was a great experience.

  I can't say enough about the help that Kelly King gave us throughout the entire loan process. We had all kinds of hoops to jump through in this process with issues from the land and home setup to problems with the county. He was very fluid in all situations we made several changes to the loan and he was quick to help us out at all times.

  Country Place Mortgage get yourself together!!! Every single time that I call to make a payment your workers are all claiming a different policy and gives me the run around. I spoke with a woman named Jasmine today that did me in. The first call she proclaimed if I did not know the amount that’s due down to the cent that I could not make my payment. So I get this information in front of me and call back and what do you know she answers once again and guess what she recites the amount that is due before I could (in which she claimed on the first call could not be done due to “the new policy”) and at that the amount she says is different than the amount that’s always drafted (how does that work). That’s not even the tip of the iceberg. This lady asks me so many questions that makes me feel uneasy. Just a few to give you- The full name of my financial institution, if I am on my house phone to the address on file or a cell and is this connected to my financial institution account as well. She asked for the four numbers on my financial account to verify and I give it for I’m expected to be asked that then she comes back stating she actually needs me to give her my full routing number and full account number to this checking account that she can’t do it with just the four. I refuse and tell her no and ask to speak with a manager she says no it’s okay I can put the payment through without that info. What in the actual hell is going on with your training? I hate the process of not knowing what in the heck person I’m going to get on the line every month and what they are going to come up with next as to “the new policy”. Seriously, I am looking into refinancing due to the fact you can not ever call this place without there being some significantly poorly trained individual on the line every single time! *Also noting, I’m assuming the training includes coaching everyone to never put people through to management when asked for I’ve asked a few times and then suddenly they take my payment with no hassle.*

  Hands Down the best service we've ever had from a loan officer. We started out with an idea to build but when that fell through for us Jim was there with other options and great ideas. From start to finish he was with us, always updating us on what was going on. If we ever have to buy again we will definitely use Jim! He made it happen for us!

  This review should have come much earlier, but the excitement of building a home is so consuming. I cannot say enough about our stellar service with our loan officer, Richard “Hooper” Burky. Right from the initial phone call, Hooper made us feel at ease. He worked tirelessly to get us approved and ALWAYS kept us informed. Throughout the whole process, we felt like Hooper was more of a friend than a loan officer at the other end of the phone. We cannot thank him enough!! If you are applying for a loan, Hooper is your man.
