  Christiana Rodrigues, at Mid America Mortgage, Inc. helped us with our refinancing our house and got us the Best possible rate out there, fees etc. We Highly Recommend using her as your Go To Loan Officer because she really cares about doing what is best for you, as opposed to other companies we spoke to, and she stays in touch throughout the entire process, and answered any and all of our questions and concerns making the entire process a breeze and stress free. She really cares about Veterans and treated my disabled Vet husband and myself with the utmost care and concern, unlike other companies we spoke to that wanted to take advantage of us. Definitely recommending her to all our family and friends!

  Julie Capps was absolutely Amazing! I called 6 times and she answered 6 times and even called me once to check on documents needed. She was so knowledgeable in the refi of this property I was at ease with her the whole time. I cant brag enough on Mrs. Capps.

  I absolutely loved my experience with Mid America. My loan processor was fast and friendly and available for any questions I had. This was the first time buying a home on my own after my husband passed, I’m a single mom with young kids and this company made my buying experience less stressful knowing I had limited time to get things done.   Loan care sold my loans to Mid America. I sold my home and needed a payoffs. I had to extend my closing from 20 November to 4 December than extended again to 13 December. Mid America would not sent a payoffs. I was waiting for 2 hours and a customer service say it will take 24-48 hours to get the payoff. 48 hours later nothing. I called back waiting again for 2 hours on a Friday which is the 48 hours wait. They tell me to call back on Tuesday. Tuesday will be December 10. I’m still waiting and my closing is on the 13 December. I understand they have 54k loans transferred. Why take the transfer if you don’t have the man power to back it up. Please don’t do business with Mid America. Customer service lie just to get me off the phone. Who want to wait 2 hours every time you have a problem. I’m given them zero star.

  Hi Natalie, we sincerely apologize the inconvenience and stress our transition has caused you. For fast assistance, please email us at [email protected]. Mid America ended the agreement with LoanCare and was ready to transfer all of our loans on November 1, 2019 to our in-house servicing department. Due to errors made by third parties, Mid America was only able to transfer one-third of the loans on November 1 and was not able to transfer the other two-thirds until November 20, 2019. Because the transfer occurred late in the month and right before a holiday week, the timing created delays in providing customers the information they needed to make their payments online or via mail. This created higher-than-anticipated call volumes that have resulted in the customer service wait times. For additional assistance, please email us at [email protected].

  I was referred to Chris Pedison at Mid America by a friend and I am glad I took his advice. He was very quick to respond to my initial request and always easy to get in touch with during our entire process.
