  This is my 3rd real estate transaction with Adam. He is always there to answer questions and keep things moving. He is extremely knowledgeable to the point that it is so easy to just put your trust in him and know things are going to be taken care of appropriately. The fact that he is a wonderful Christian family man doesn’t hurt either.. he manages to enjoy his family and share some of their joyful adventures with his clients. And finds time and desire to spread light all along the way.. always sending a little note or surprise gift to his clients and friends.. in each of my transactions. We have had acceptable contracts within 2 weeks! I wouldn’t consider going elsewhere for my real estate needs because Adam is da man!

  It was a pleasure having Adam as my realtor. I just got out of the military and was working a full time job and going to school full time. Even with that Adam was able to work around my schedule to make sure I was taken care of. After about a month of finding and looking at houses, it was almost like I would never find a house. But Adam kept reassuring me that no matter what we would find one and sure enough we did. Adam and his team did a wonderful job of making sure all the correct paperwork was done and making sure I understood what each document was and what it was meant for. I would highly recommend Adam and his team if you are looking to purchase a house in the future.

  Adam came highly recommended by so many of our friends and they were spot on. He is so knowledgeable and experienced. There's no question Adam knows what he's doing. Every time we had questions, he and his staff were quick to educate us on all our options (rather than telling us what they thought we should do). They professionally walked us through each step of the home-selling and then home-buying process and made it so much easier than it could have been.   Adam and his team were great to work with. Helped purchase my first home and was extremely helpful! Two years later, we used him to sell the house and it went very smoothly and great advice! Would definitely recommend for buying or selling your home. Very honest, transparent and is always there when needed.

  Working with Adam and his team was the absolute *best* experience! We had a lot of starts and stops(we had a hard time letting go of the home we loved) and Adam was patient and understanding through it all. At one point, we briefly considered Open Door. The appeal of a quick sale after a long and drawn out process for us was incredibly tempting. We were impressed with the offer amount and ran it by Adam. He believed that we could do better, and he was right! Once we finally put our house on the market, we ended up accepting our very first offer for $23,000 more than we would've gotten with Opendoor. Longest build-up for the quickest sale - officially sold in 2 days. We took this unexpected gift and among other things, went on our first family vacation - Disney World! Working with Adam was the best decision ever. He even hand delivered a personal gift, a painting of our home we currently have on display.   I have know Adam personally growing up so I feel that I can speak of him both personally and professionally. He is the most genuine person I feel you will ever meet and it spills over into his work ethic. I feel he truly has his clients best interest in mind. He is very much a family man and he will definitely put your family first as well!! For example we had the pleasure of using Adam for our first house so naturally when we thought about selling we called him again. After looking and searching things were just not what we wanted and the timing was not right for us. Adam was there 100% of the way with us and our decision. Never once did he just try to get us to settle. You just can’t find another Adam out there!! We absolutely love and respect him and hope anyone would use him!!!!
