  I cannot say enough about the exceptional customer service, effort, and personalization Josh and his team put towards all aspects of working our loan and helping my wife and I get into her first home and one that she absolutely loves. Josh was always available with an answer leaving no guess-work on our part. On a personal note we even received a personalized house warming gift that really touched my wife's heart which is something that you would not expect from a lender. Even months later, Josh provided assistance dealing with a home warranty issue that saved us thousands. This makes Josh and his team special.   This was the 4th time that I purchased or refinanced a home, and this was by far the best experience. I have high expectations when it comes to response time, excellent customer service, and competitive rates. Josh was in competition with a few others when it came to rates, and he had a more extensive offering and options relative to the competition. When it came to response time and customer service, Josh was excellent. His team did a good job in managing all of the paper work, I didn't have any surprises or last minute requests. He's honest, to the point, and to top it off has a great attitude.
