  I recently moved back to the Midwest and Jordan has made the move seamless. From fast and reasonable renters insurance to bundling affordable (and better!) auto and home insurance, you can’t find better customer service and quality anywhere else.   Jordan could not have made getting renters insurance for our new apartment any easier! He was detailed, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. It was easy to see that Jordan is a subject matter expert which instantly made us comfortable/confident that we were working through the right guy!   Jordan's office does not call or communicate unless he is attempting to collect a premium. They do not give accurate information. They will not call people back and often call just to say they will need to call back which of course does not happen.

  I have have been lucky enough to work with Jordan for years in a variety of capacities. I interact with multiple insurance agencies on almost a daily basis. No matter the situation, every time I reach out to Jordan or his staff, I know what I need will be taken care of immediately with precision care. He and his staff are light years ahead of their competition and nothing matters more when putting your trust into protecting you and your loved ones. As it pertains to professional services, IE: Realtors, Attorneys, Loan Officers and Insurance Agents - EVERYONE knows a guy. Well, that's great. However, no one will go to the lengths that Jordan and his staff will to take care of their clients. Do not make a decision about Home Owner's Insurance without talking to THE BEST in the business.

  Stephen and jordan are amazing!!! Over the phone Stephen was able to give me a qoute for auto insurance PLUS renters!!! Doubled my rates and I'm still saving money!!! When I came into the office they made my son and me feel welcome and like family!! While Jordan and I finished paperwork Stephen and the other lady who works there (can't remember her name) played with my son and it was fantastic!! Couldn't ask for a better group of people to handle my insurance!!! Definitely going to keep doing business with them!! Jordan even gave me a quote on life insurance that I will be getting in the near future! 100% recommend them!
