  Went in today and was amazed at the courteous and competent staff we encountered. At the front lobby we were greeted by a very helpful young girl who directed us to Eric (a BMO Retail Relationship Banker) who proceeded to help us with wire transfers. I can’t recommend this guy high enough. He was polite, diligent and professional. BMO Harris is lucky to have a guy like him because he represents their bank so well! Thank you Eric!

  Horrendous service. Rude personal bankers. Had a 4pm appointment and nobody was there. Lady finally came out of the back after 20 minutes and told me the only guy that could help me was the one that initially refused to do so. I guess that's how you treat a 20 year customer.
