  If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve called about an Issue with a paycheck. The First Lady who answered talked super fast and was very impolite. Why should I transfer over to another lady I told her my issues that was going on she kept on raising her voice and asking for a reference number and all I asked was for me to know if there was an coming or not. After getting no answers I told her thank you but could I have a manager phone number so I can call back later. She told me she does not give out her managers phone number at all. When I told her OK I will call later she then very sassy said thank you but have a nice day and hanged up. Good luck with this bank!

  The ATM at this location is always broke! They either need to fix it or get another ATM. Maybe have 2 at this location. It's very frustrating never being able to use it.

  We were having a heck of a time getting to the correct fraud department using the 800 number. Today we went to the branch in lake geneva and a lovely woman Kari Fischer called and after 45. Minutes she got into the fraud claims dept and got the claim filed. Thank you Kari.. ...you're a ROCK STAR!

  If you need to use the ATM to withdraw money, deposit money, or basically anything else good luck. The ATM is always broken and won't dispense cash or take it. What is the point of having the ATM if it never works.

  My compromised acct has been a nightmare to deal with thru Chase. Being sent to different departments for different types of fraudulent charges - 9 of them. I can dispute some, but my husband has to dispute others. After a day of calls and holds of up to an hour, calls dropped, I was told to go into a branch to have account number changed. Arrived and was told there are no bankers available, go to a branch 45 minutes away. It took them a full 15 minutes for them to tell me this. All the while, I could hear two bankers publicly discussing a client’s account (granted, name wasn’t mentioned, but inappropriate none-the-less). Capital One here I come.

  I’ve been with this bank for many years. I’ve never found the ATM broken, the staff has always been friendly. I wouldn’t normally put in a review but I see too many bad reviews and think only crabby people must put in reviews!!

  The service rep at the drive up window today refused to deposit a check made out to me from an investment account because they abbreviated the name of my Trust account which is very long. She kept me waiting nearly 20 minutes so she could call the “back office”. I suggested she accept the check but hold the funds if she is uncomfortable depositing it. She wanted me to get the check reissued. I proceeded to another Chase bank where a more experienced teller deposited the check and asked why it was not deposited during the first attempt. He confirmed there should not have been an issue.

  I think the other reviewer gave them a bum rap. After reading it I almost drove twice as far to Woodstock, IL where I have always recieved great service, but decided to drive to Lake Geneva anyway. My problem was rectified right away, and I was also given other banking options to consider. There was a manager on duty, but the banker I dealt with handled my concerns and had no excuse to meet her.

  I've always had a great experience at this branch. Even when inside is busy and I'm waiting the drive thru teller will help. I know Kristen has helped me in the past and she rocks!

  Went their to cash a check got told i was going to be charged 8 dollars to cash a pay check that has chase bank written all over it fine i will take my buisness else where.. Then my friend had to cash a check same place where i work same pay check had chase bank written all over it.. He didnt get charged the 8 dollars??? Maybe some one can figire this out some year
