  I have been a member for more than 10 years. All locations have very kind staff. I went in today to dispute some fraudulent charges. The gentleman that helped me was Jake. Very nice and helped me resolve this issue. Angela was also a big help with the issue as well. I thank these 2 personally for all thier help. It gives me much trust in my financial institution. Thank you both.

  I had misplaced my 1098 tax form. I called and a Brooklyn helped me, she was very kind. However, as I found later I Had overlooked the form she sent because I was looking for it to come from Jordan Credit Union and her name was on it. I called back and got ahold of Jake Barlow who was such a great help to me. I couldn't open the encrypted email and he worked it out so I could get my form. I have been with Jordan Credit Union for many years and I have always loved dealing with them. Thank You Again Brooklyn and Jake Sincerely, Kathryn Richins

  I would avoid banking here if at all possible. They are very slow and all their technology is 4 to 5 years behind other credit unions. I would recommend Mountain America or even one of the big evil banks like Chase over Jordan CU.

  Not allowing people in your lobby without an appointment is one thing - But requiring that they sit in a hot car, sun shining, and everyone else’s motors running is another. Thanks to the 20+ minutes I spent sucking in other people’s car fumes (I turned my car off), I left coughing, sweating, and unnecessarily fatigued. Why on Earth was I required to show ID to make deposits? My husband (Steve) and I have both gone through this arduous process in the past week or two. Next time I will try the JCU office I typically use - hopefully that location will be more user friendly. ( Steve usually uses this JCU location - I don’t - and probably won’t again.)

  Extremely slow. I have to agree with a couple of the other reviews, the staff has always been rather pleasant and nice but you'll definitely have a wait for processing any kind of transaction. The technology they utilize is by far outdated compared to other financial institutions and their mobile banking is the most difficult and ridiculous thing to even register for to use. I would consider other credit unions unless you don't mind long waits and not using online banking.

  I would love to share with you my thoughts and experiences at Jordan Credit Union in West Jordan, Utah. I have been a member for 6 plus years. I have an account, my husband has an account and my son also has an account with WJCU. WE LOVE all of the employees who work at this particular location. Everyone there is KIND, HELPFUL, SUPER, FRIENDLY, EASY to work with, and KNOWLEDGEABLE! I get my cashier checks with friendly QUICK service, pay my bills, cash our checks, and save for the future. We have purchased vehicles thanks to the loans we have gotten through Jordan Credit Union. I would POSITIVELY recommend that you too can have the same experiences that I have had. GO INTO the JCU and speak to the representatives, they can and WILL help you too. Try it YOU WILL be HAPPY that you did!! L. Roberts

  My husband and I went into open a checking account and after waiting in line for 10 minutes and being ignored with two other employees standing around we were finally able to tell a teller that we wanted to open an checking account we were told that it would take an hour to do it and if we could come back Tuesday. Poor customer service. We will be opening an account at a different credit union.

  I definitely do not recommend opening an account here. They won't try to work with you to keep you as a member of their bank. Mountain America did more due to my circumstances since the pandemic than they did. Sad really but definitely happy to be done with them.

  Ive been a member of this bank for over 3 years. I've got a car loan, a credit card, and also a savings and checking. I was in the ER last week and after getting a mix up with my mortgage, pulled out of my checking causing overage fees. When talking to JCU, they didn't care at all and told me they were not willing to help. Pretty sad you're willing to lose a customer over overage fees.
