  Every time I go I'm greeted with smiles and good customer service. These guys always have my ride spotless when I pull off the lot. Even when there is multiple car washing places closer to me I always make it a point to go there because I know that my vehicle and I will be taken care of. Owner is very nice and is willing to accommodate to make sure his customers roll off the lot happy. I always make it a point to tip the guys that wash it because their hard work really shows

  I went there for a full detail. Dropped my vehicle off, and about an hour prior to having to pick it up, I get a call from the company stating, "Ms. 'Enter Name Here', your vehicle was really dirty, so instead of it being $170, it's going to be $200 even. We didn't know it was that bad, because we didn't get a chance to look at it beforehand"...I told the man over the phone that he DID in fact look at my vehicle when I brought it by a couple days prior to schedule the appointment. He opened the back doors and looked around and that's when he quoted me $170. Despite me telling him that, he stated it would be $200. Although the truck (the back was a bit dirty...crumbs stuck to seats thanks to my children), I don't think it was the way he described it, and even if it was...to call a customer and the first thing that you say is, "Your vehicle was really dirty" before you hit them with a higher price tag is extremely unprofessional. Next time I'd go elsewhere and spend a little more. I'm giving it a 3 star because overall, they did a decent job and everyone else there was pretty nice. You can also tell the owner takes pride in his work and would rather take his time on a vehicle (which I appreciated). As upset as I was, I kept my cool and paid the new price. They also have a nice waiting area. Just think they should thoroughly look at a vehicle prior to quoting it, and if they do give you a price, then they should stick to that (especially when the vehicle was looked at before they even put hands on it); or at least call and give the new price prior to starting on the vehicle, rather than waiting until you've pretty much completed it. I somewhat felt like I was at a Firestone, rather than an Auto detail company, with the last minute price changes. What if $170 was all I could afford at the time?!

  Took my car in to get pet hair removed from the seats. Quoted $180. It took them some extra work after hours to get the car spotless, but stayed true to the original estimate. Great attitude from everyone working there as well.

  I got a gift card for deleting my original review and leaving some positive feedback but when I used it to pay this second and last time he up charged $40...after he saw I was using the gift card. Said he forgot there were some spots that needed extra attention. I called him out on it and then had to witness "Jomo" go through his little man syndrome for 10 minutes before I could get my keys. **FYI, This place pressure washes your vehicle, they "hand dry" just like every other car wash.** Any response from him is going to be a lie and this review is not coming off for a free gift card of any amount. Never again.

  I drove from Kentucky to SJAFB to minister the wedding of my buddy and his fiance. My buddy paid to have my truck detailed as a thank you. I drove from Final Touch all the way back home in KY. When I start unpacking everything I opened the passenger door and the plastic on the side of the seat that holds the seat controls falls out. It had been broken off and someone tried to tape it back on. Only half of the top of the truck had been cleaned so I'm pretty sure someone stood on it to clean the roof, broke it, taped it back in place so I wouldn't notice, and then forgot to finishing cleaning the roof. $190 for a new seat control cluster surround. Dealership is the only place you can buy that piece that no one ever needs because no one would ever use that as a step.

  The guy charged extra for "extra brake dust"! W/e that means! I could understand mud, but brake dust! Lol didn't clean the back window. I would suggest you make sure you know exactly what service your paying for. Did a decent job on the car

  Wanted more money for dirty wheels...? The whole car is dirty, that's why I'm here. There's too many detail shops in Goldsboro to hassle me for more money over my wheels.

  Love love love them! Have a VIP pass and it's worth every penny! They do an awesome job and really value their customers.

  They never return my calls. Very unprofessional. They always find a way to charge extra fee for their services. some things they do are illegal.
