      I've always had great service with Mariner. Sometimes a long wait doing paperwork, but all in all everyone is pleasant Wish they would lower my interest rate since I've been with them so long.

      Ariel said that she would reach back out and it’s almost been a week. Every time I call , they say that she is working with another customer. There was no follow up on my request and in my eyes that’s not great customer service. I looked on the website and it looks like she is the manager. If she is the manager I’m certain the rest of the employees are unresponsive as well.

      You need money, they got money. You need credit, they can help rebuild credit. You have trouble managing money, stay away lol jk. They have saved my bacon on car repairs and home improvement...but. They love adding to your loan and extending your payments. But a very good loan company aside from that. I'm happy with my service.

      The manager celesste is very rude. Last week she yelled at through a door slot very unprofessionally like I was dumb. I wasn’t aware the doors was locked. She opened the door and said “YOU NEED TO READ” . What kind of manager speaks like that. I was trying to just make a payment for my dad. I wouldn’t get a loan there is they was giving out free money cause of her attitude

      The process took a little longer than I expected, but the staff was great! They were professional, courteous, and friendly!! They came through for me, so it was worth the wait!

      Applied on line lady called me and told me I was approved and wanted to know when I could come in and sign papers. Made a appointment when I got there she took me in a little room and got all my documents that I was supposed to bring. I sat there about 20 minutes. She returned and said loan wasn’t approved. I said I took off work because you said it was approved she said yes. She told me that. This place is absolutely thw worst could not tell me why. All she would say I’m sorry. So I lost time and money as well as didn’t get a loan. Would not recommend to anyone

      I’ve been with mariner for a very long time even when they were security finance But I hv never been treated so harshly than I hv today when I tried to explain to the Goldsboro manager my situation She was rude , and she basically let me know she didn’t want to hear anything I had to say We are living in difficult times I was only calling to let them know I would make a payment tomorrow and the reason why I was late . I’m praying 🙏🏿 I can pay them off soon I’ve never been behind like this she should have known something was wrong I was just trying to explain

      I was in need of some quick knowledge about my credit and why it wasn't allowing me to get loans from the banks, and then I ran into a guy by the name of Graham, same as mine and this dude really helped me clean up my credit and get a loan at the same damn time! His service for this company was a breathe of fresh air or even refreshing compared to the other service or lack there of that I received from other lending companies or institutions! I offered him a job and he respectfully declined with such style and class! The man told me he was a credit savant and man did he ever back those words up! Go there and ask to speak to Graham as soon as you walk in, you will not be surprised or sorry if you need answers!
