  Brought a new ES300h and UX250h tonight, our sale person did a fantastic job, mostly everything was done over the phone. The cars and paperwork was ready as we had a agreed too, F&I took forever, would be my only Complain.... if you’re in the market for a new or preowned Lexus reach out to Steven Wentz at the Raleigh location... Thanks again Steven for all of your hard work.... I am not a easy customer :)

  As usual, Johnson Lexus of Raleigh provided great customer service in a timely, convenient manner. The staff, from top to bottom, treats you like a family member, and I just went in for an oil change, lol! Keep up the great work!!

  I wanted to share what an amazing experience we had at Johnson Lexus of Raleigh. We came in with our eyes on a certain vehicle. We were greeted by Zack Gray. He listened to our wants and desires, he showed us exactly what we were looking for. The most important thing is he listened. He knew what we thought we were looking for, but he heard what we were saying that would and wouldnt work. He asked us if could throw some other idea out. He explained what he was thinking might work best for our needs. It turns out he knew better than we did what we needed. Over the course of 3 weeks, we debated, came in a few times to test drive, look and sit. Zack was so very patient with us. Always greeted us with a smile, and NEVER pressured us. While he was on vacation and days off he still answered every text and phone call we made. Today we went in and had a wonderful car buying experience. I feel we were listened too, treated with respect and did not have games played. The presentation of our new car was by far the best my husband and I have ever had. Thank you to Zack, and the amazing staff at Johnson Lexus. We are very pleased with our new Rx 350. Side note, the cookies in the lounge are amazing :)

  My Wife and I went in on Christmas Eve and left with a brand new Lexus. Out of all of the experiences in buying a car this was the most enjoyable experience we have ever had. Larse Lucas our salesman was one of the best we have ever had so friendly and professional. Jimmie in the finance department was great also staying to the end on Christmas Eve. I would highly recommend Johnson Lexus of Raleigh and that’s where we will definitely buy our next vehicle.

  Johnson Lexus of Raleigh and Durham are not what you expect from most dealers. I am never told I need to fix things that are not actually broken but am alerted about things that are wearing out before they do so I have time to weigh options and price around - and I've never been lied to. I just bought another CPO Lexus and I spent a total of 20 minutes negotiating to get the price I wanted and about 30 minutes on signing paperwork. My average total time spent per purchase negotiating with any other dealer has been well over 3 hours.

  Salesman Todd Eyl was very helpful spending a great deal of time explaining all of the features of the car I was evaluating. Once the purchase was made Ji Herrera the Financial Services Manager made the paperwork process very easy. Great experience with my car purchase!
