  Sometimes it’s just a bank. Or it’s the place the have your accounts. At Fidelity, that’s not the case. This is truly a community bank!! I walk in and they know me!! I get calls when things aren’t quiet right and they double check to make sure the transactions are mine. They go over and above!!! I couldn’t be more happy with my personal and business accounts here.

  I can't brag enough about the great partnership we have with Fidelity Bank. John Ponce and his team have been there for us daily. It's been a long time since we've had a banker that goes the distance for us as a business and our personal banking as well. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Customer Service is A+

  This bank actively recruited my son’s business for a small business loan. The loan officer gathered all of our information and knew the full history and was confident that a very old credit issue of my DIL would not be an issue and advised my husband and I be added on the loan as guarantors. The process was so slow and all the while the loan officer and another VP were confident the loan would be approved soon. So finally 10 weeks after application, my som was denied for the credit issue handled nearly ten years earlier. They had plenty of investment money and parents backing the loan. It just seemed so unprofessional and the delay eliminated a rare location in downtown Raleigh for the business and set them back weeks and weeks and cost so much. Stay clear of Fidelity for a business loan. They do not have their act together for small business. Thankfully they now have a business loan from an SBA approved lender and it was a snap.

  John Ponce at the Raleigh/Falls of the Neuse Rd. location, and all the staff there are top notch. It's so nice having a banker and tellers that know who your are when you walk in. We had that years ago with our previous bank, but they outgrew the personal touch. I highly recommend Fidelity Bank to anyone.

  All I can say is because of my experience with one of Fidelity Banks Branch Managers I have become a ride or die customer. At one time I had seriously considered transferring my accounts to a bank that had more frills. But after my experience with Mr. Jon Ponce I have no intention of going anywhere. There was a possibility of our account being put in jeopardy but because of Mr. Ponce's through and diligent work we were safe from something that could have put us in a financial catastrophe. John bent over backward to ensure that our accounts were safe. Thank you Fidelity Bank for having the good sense to hire such a responsible and intelligent person as Mr. Ponce.

  I've been a member of Fidelity Bank for over 10 years now. My experience with this branch was awesome. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by such professional employees more than willing to assist me with my banking needs. Definately the best branch I've had the pleasure of doing business with. If luck is on my side, I'll get the opportunity to bank here when I'm in NC again.

  I've used the Raleigh Falls of Neuse branch of Fidelity Bank for business banking for many years and can't say enough about the service they provide. One of the primary aspects of the business that I like is the small town bank customer service feel but with all the features of any big bank. I highly recommend checking them out for personal or business banking if you need a great bank or are looking to switch!

  Fidelity Bank on Falls of the Neuse Road has been our bank for 16 years and we have never, ever had a complaint. Their personnel is friendly, professional and extremely willing to offer any assistance necessary. They are always striving to find ways to improve our banking experience.
