Carlos Hernández1Only one person out of all the tellers are generous and are very polite to you the rest are all grouchy and will have the look of hate and the unwillingness to help. And most are very slow to attend you. Plus it takes minimum of 45 minutes to get attended even with an appointment. And there needs to be more people working.

Mr Court15Went into the bank today to cash my check and saw the long line and thought it was gonna take forever but once I approach the teller she was super nice and helpful and really went out of her way to help me and the best part is that she spoke Spanish. I believe her name was Maria. Thank you Maria for helping me out I will definitely be back keep up the good work.

Kimberly Bishop1Note to Lawyers who may be interested in using BOA for an IOLTA account: This bank is on the approved list for NC State Bar IOLTA trust accounts for lawyers so they should be aware of why lawyers use trust accounts but they are clueless about what a trust account is. Whenever I try to deposit money in my client's trust account they refuse to accept the deposit despite correct endorsements and a plethora of identification from myself and my staff. I have never had so many problems getting a bank to accept my money before!

Andrea Moody1Lisa Merck, the bank manager (who should never have become a manager to begin with) would not let my boyfriend deposit money into my account since he did not have an ID even tho he had my account number. No one has ever had to show an ID to deposit money into my account. I even called her and she asked for my social, my address, my name, telephone number, and license number just to tell me he can't deposit money into my account. I then proceeded to tell her that I was out of state with no money and needed my boyfriend to deposit the money into my account so that I would have money for my travel needs. She then suggested I get him to western union me the money, but what's the point of having a bank if I can't use it?? Lisa is super rude and even mumbled that she thought my bf wasn't really on the phone with anyone when he was in fact on the phone with me. Once I'm back in town I will be getting Lisa to close my account herself. Worst bank management and service ever! I also asked to speak to her and she wouldn't use his cell to talk to me, she told him to tell me to call the store and when I called 3 times she refuses to answer since it was now 5 min till closing time.

Dawn Lamb1Extremely rude and slow. They sat me down in an office and told me to call 1 800 to do my business. They had me to do all the work and didnt get invilved in making sure a loan was cloaed etc. I reported this location and i hope the employees got in huge troubl . They dont care about customers and i will be leaving the bamk aftwr banking for many years makes me sick

Danieli29 Garcia5I never had a problem with the tellers or any service the only reason that people say bad comments about this place it is because they are super busy with long line I mean it's in the DAMN MAIN STREET OF CAPITAL BLVD WHAT YOU EXPECT! Be kind! I always see tellers standing for hours to give the best service always always look to the other side of the road! Or be on the others persons shoes!

Cliff Webster, Jr.1I went in to make a deposit to this bank and was hounded by two different BOA sales people instead of servicing the needs of the current customers. I laughed at the woman as she tried to get me to sign up for additional services. I told her she could service me now or I would be withdrawing all of my money, which I had to do. Waiting 30 minutes when there are two tellers and two sales people on the floor is not acceptable. That doesn't count the "greeter" standing in front of the teller line welcoming you to BOA. Obsurd!

Instead of suggesting a different kind of account she says that isn't what you need maybe you should go read our accounts online. I told her not to worry.. Pulling my regular accounts and not opening a new one. Don't go to this Bank

Minwoo Jang2I have been waiting for 50 minutes just to get my transfer statement of my account. none of tellers or assistants say sorry about waiting this long but just suggest to make an appointment to come back when it was already 40minutes past. so unkind. so slow. bad maaner. just got very bad memory about bank of america. I recommrnd you to find out another bank of america.

I stood in line as I watched for 20 mins as the lady's left to take their lunch break at 12noon and left 1 person to work both the Windows and drive thru. I watched four people leave as they saw customers like myself stroll in! Management is terrible and the entire location has a terrible attitude problem. I see why this location has a 1.8 rating!
