John is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and professional. John made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and the processing timeframes were exceptional.   John Stanfield was beyond helpful throughout our refinancing process. His ability to provide options and give insightful scenarios in such a short amount of time was amazing. With John’s due diligence and excellent customer service he was able to fund our loan quickly, allowing us to skip our August mortgage payment. To refinance our home in 15 days was pretty remarkable.   John is the man!! He got me the best rate that I could find anywhere and was one of the fastest to respond to any questions I had. He made everything super clear and made sure I understood everything I had questions on. He made the process simple and we got to close on our home loan early! It was nice working with someone who is very personable and friendly. He made me feel like a long time friend. Definitely would recommend for any of your loan needs! We even got a thank you card with a closing gift from John! Thanks again for everything John. You're the man!

  John is a stud, we have used him to originate for our home purchase and now for our refinance. He knows the process from beginning to end. More importantly he is extremely transparent and honest. He will let you know if a refi is in your best interest or not but ultimately leaves the choice in your hands. If you use anyone besides this guy you’re probably making a mistake.

  We've finance or refinanced several times over the years for different properties and this was the most professional experience to date. John specified the exact documentation required with only one required additional information request. We were provided weekly (if not more) updates as the loan was processed and the completed loan took less than 30 days. This was after being strung along by our credit union for over 4 months, having to deal with 4 different people, and having zero feedback unless we had an inquiry to the loan status. What pleasant difference it was working with a committed professional like John Stanfield at Viewpoint Financial.
