  We knew we wanted to refinance our home but frankly, there are so many people shouting for the business out there it is easy to get overwhelmed with all the noise. I began to do my research and came across a referral from a trusted source , so we scheduled an initial consultation with Marvin. Within the first ten minutes of the meeting, Marvin's demeanor put my mind at ease. No pressure here. Instead, Marvin just listened. He calmly and patiently answered every question we had, regarding the refi process, and there were many. There was never any pressure to get us to sign with Viewpoint. Rather, he took the time to listen and then gave an honest evaluation of how he could help. The ball was in our court. Long story short, the loan is done and we are happy. We have nothing but praise for Marvin and John and Viewpoint Financial. They saw us through every step. They gave "old school" personal service, responded to our calls within the hour, gave us regular updates and delivered the loan we hoped for just as they predicted. What more could we want?   Marvin Hudson has an exemplary work ethic. His steady demeanor, coupled with a sense of urgency and attention to detail, makes him a pleasure to work with. I’ve known Marvin for over 30 years as I am an escrow officer and former real estate broker. Compared to the lenders I deal with on a daily basis, Marvin ranks at the top of his profession and sets the standard for what a loan transaction should be. He has done loans for my parents and clients, and just closed the loan for my sister’s purchase of a condo. He and his processor, John, were on top of the file every step of the way. He always (always!) answers the phone and provides constant updates. He responded immediately to the realtor, title, and escrow with needed documents.   Excellent and to the point service, Marvin funded my refinance in less than two and a half weeks. No hassles, just provide A and B and it was approved in hours, then I just had to do the appraisal, sign and it was over. His Notary is top notch and John his assistant is excellent.... I have a very low tolerance for surprises and there wasn't one moment that I was disappointed... MM
