  John was awesome throughout the entire process of my boyfriend buying our home. He was always great at communicating with us whenever we had a question or concern. Buying a home can be so stressful and even thou my boyfriend's home loan had a few things that John had to learn, he answered questions along the way and we learned with him. He closed on our home 32 days after we made the offer. That is very fast and it was because of John's dedication and hard work that it happened so quickly. I personally also loved that John recognized and thanked Steve for being a veteran on the day that he closed on the house. Again, if you are buying a home, or thinking about buying a home, I highly recommend John Rynhart through City Wide Mortgage, as a lender.

  John was outstanding in my refinance. Got me the best rate, encouraged me to shop around for better insurance with assistance and we closed within two weeks. That’s two weeks sooner than planned. He was always available when I texted or called and answered all my questions to my understanding.

  John Rynhart was great to work with! John answered any questions that my husband and I had, and was very thorough and professional. We were able to close on our home refinance without paying for an appraisal, dropped our mortgage insurance, and we got a great rate. I would recommend John for any of your home loan or refinancing needs.

  John Rynhart from Citywide Home Loans is so amazing. I am a first time home buyer, I didn’t even think buying a home was even something I could achieve. John was asked to help a lady that deserved a home of her own. John called me the very first day got all the information from me and worked tirelessly until 2:00am to get caught up on all my paperwork. He took my every call no matter the time. I trusted him whole heartedly with my home as well as money. I knew he worked to get me the best interest rate and best loan to suit me and my needs. I would recommend him to anyone! He was dedicated to get me to the finish line. He came to the paper signing just to give me support through it all. Even if we were in different cars!
