  I felt confident during the whole experience! You will recieve the best of the best with Noel and his team along your side. Noel delivered every possibility with every outcome, and explained everything flawlessly. He gave me the feeling that he handled every detail with extra care and thought. Just Like I would if I was able to do this process myself. Noel exceeded every expectation I had. I'm very picky, with whom I do business with. I was never told no, or that my wishes were impossible. instead he showed patience in making a plan with me step by step.   Noel and his team were always available and took the time to walk us through every step. Anytime we reached out our call was either answered or we were called back within minutes. Being a first time homebuyer we assumed that purchasing a home was a very long and stressful process but that wasn’t the case at all thanks to Noel and his team.
