  David and his team were able to help us with a refinance. Working with them was great. They make everything so user friendly and tell you what is needed and make sure you get it completed as they help with the entire process. They are so efficient and so helpful. Amazing work David! Thank you!

  David helped us buy in a seller's market and kept a friendly face on throughout the process. We were first-time homebuyers and I run a small business, so I'm sure our situation was more challenging than most. But he guided us through the process, walked us through our options, and helped us get where we wanted to be. The only notes I have are that the first time buyer class is something every first time buyer should take early in the process and that folks should expect things to pop up. With a lengthy process like close, things do get a bit tricky and organizing those docs can be difficult. Overall, David did a great job! I'd be happy to work with him again and have every reason to refer friends and family his way.

  When I needed to refinance my house I was recommended to go to David Sanders. I knew from the first phone call I had with him that I knew I chose the right guy for the job. David is AMAZING!   As a first time home buyer in an extremely busy market I was a bit nervous about the home buying process. However, David and his team went above and beyond in not only helping us secure a loan, but also walking us through every step of the process and making things simple and seamless. They were always responsive and willing to pick up the phone at a moments notice when questions arose. For first time homebuyers or otherwise, I definitely recommend taking into consideration David and the team over at PRMI!

  David is a very knowledgeable and likable loan officer to work with. The whole home refi process was smooth and easy and he helped me accomplish all of my financial goals with the new loan. I really appreciate David and his team for being so reliable and helpful through the underwriting process. They stayed on top of my loan to make sure I closed on time. I can’t imagine using anyone else for my mortgage loan needs after working with David and having such a great experience. It’s so nice having a loan officer I can trust to get the job done and I feel comfortable when I refer my friends and family and clients to David and his team.

  He helpped me step by step on fixing my credit. He helpped me with tools on cleaning up my credit. He showed me certain things that helpped me get extra savings & find more info in the whole process of buying a home. He met me during busy times. His knowledge of every single detail of the process was incredible. Every single DETAIL. He has a sense of humor & is personal in your needs that you want filled! I totally recommend him for the whole process!

  Absolutely the best experience I've had working with a mortgage company. My last home I went through Movement Mtg *BAD CHOICE!!* David and his team were supportive, encouraging and very easy to work with. When I was at a 10 anxiety level, their reassurance brought me back down to a 2. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again when/if I relocate.
