  John Noldan and his Rate.com team were the absolute best! I originally had a preapproval letter from a major bank and we started home shopping. Being in a sellers market the buying process was highly competitive and we found ourselves competing with other parties for our dream home. We made an offer and the sellers agent called our major bank to verify our preapproval letter only to run into a dead end. We decided to try John’s team and were quickly back in the offering. What’s more, the seller liked that we went with John because he supports the communities he does business in! We had our offer accepted and had scheduled our closing for the Friday the week after Memorial Day, leaving us homeless for a couple of days. The Sunday of Memorial Day weekend John personally called us to say his team would be able to push forward the clear to close meaning we wouldn’t be homeless! We highly recommend John Noldan and his Rate.com team!

  John and the entire Guarantee Rate team were amazing and promptly responsive throughout the entire refinance process. Doing this during COVID proved to be an even easier experience than during normal times. The paperwork was all completed in advance electronically and a closing agent came to our home for actual signatures that were needed at closing time. The paperwork was handed to us and the agent remained in her car while we signed. We are very pleased with the service and outcome.

  Words cannot describe how amazing John and his team are! As a first time home buyer I had A MILLION questions, and John was available day in and day out. Even when John was in meetings and couldn't respond right away, Kristin, the sales assistant, was available and would jump in to make sure I had an answer in a timely fashion.
