  I had an awful service on April 6th I tried to withdraw my money from atm of lombard branch I end up loosing 300 in machine I tried contacting them no luck. Atm.machine didn't dispense all of the money I did contacted the same day in branch they told to contact the customer service. Machine has issues.

  Don’t get me wrong but the tellers do their best but this bank is a complete ripoff..Their constantly getting over with these overdraft fees.. Will be closing my account soon..This last overdraft took the cake.I had $100 left in the bank and I needed it for personal use.Every ATM was within 3 miles so I skipped the ride went 1 block to the gas station was charged a $3 atm fee.OK cool. So than they charge me 2.75 send fee for using another ATM that’s not theirs than charge me an $37 overdraft fee because my account is now negative.Banking is a scam keep your money safe and keep it under your mattress

  I set up a bank account here today. Olivia helped me and she was quick and professional. I chose this location over other 5/3 banks.

  This is probably the worst branch ever. It took 15 minutes to deposit a cash deposit when going through the drive thru. I walked in and asked what the hold up was and I was given the excuse that all the teller were helping someone else (I kid you not it was one other customer and I in the bank. That's it.) but that isn't the first bad experience. The first experience I just chalked the teller's bad attitude up to having a bad day.

  By far the worst bank I have ever been to. Costumer server is horrible I have a 30 mins lunch break which 25 mins I spent waiting it the bank. So thanks for that 5/3rd bank. Horrible horrible costumer service

  Door sign says “closing at 6:00 pm”. Got there at 5:50 pm - all doors locked. Ruined my business transaction
