  Went in for Notary service and it was perfect! The staff were very warm, professional and friendly. The service was super fast and they had answers for all of our questions. I will definitely use them for any Notary service I may need in the future. I highly recommend them!

  I do not recommend. Worst home purchase experience in 30+ years & many purchases & sales. Agent was initially friendly, so let her have both ends of commission vs bringing own realtor. I SPECIFICALLY asked if there were liens, loans, title issues, was told "None". But ... undisclosed HFC loan, & major title defects, ( HFC sold loan - instant payoff was requested ) + an effectively unconscionable "as is" undisclosed @time of offer, lawyer written rider. It took 4 MONTHS to close an all cash deal, & I was forced to take over communications w/ the Escrow Company to stay on top of issues. Meanwhile was tied up in an ever delayed deal for months, out of State, while other properties came & went. Broker was of no help. Will never do business there again.

  This is really an incredible real estate team!!! They have an approach that can get your house sold quickly. If you are looking for a place to buy check out their you tube channel and see everything they have. Awesome staff and friendly service.
