  Rick, at NRL Mortgage, rocked my cash out refinance with a much lower rate that ended up saving me almost $2000 per month and over $80k in interest over the remaining life of the loan. Most importantly, Rick took the time to show me why it made sense to use my home's equity to pay off other, higher interest rate credit accounts to put myself in a much better position financially. His experience really showed throughout the short, refi process. After going through the mortgage process half a dozen times on other properties, this was the first time a loan officer took the time to truly show me all options and benefits of each.
