  I am posting this review of Jack Bennett because I am so glad he’s my CPA. Jack is personable and nice, but most importantly he’s extremely knowledgeable. My previous CPA (not Jack) strung me along and did not follow up on IRS notices, which in turn, ran up more penalties, more interest and got money seized from my bank account, because of gross negligence and incompetence. I really needed a new CPA and after these issues, would not settle for just anyone. When I was looking for a new CPA, Jack Bennett was recommended to me from an entrusted family friend and renowned asset manager. I am so grateful for the recommendation. Jack either always takes my calls or returns very quickly when I have questions. When I was dealing with my late father’s estate, Jack spent many hours on the phone patiently answering all my questions. He has helped me with complicated tax concerns while at the same time, explaining it, in an easy-to-understand way. Jack is extremely knowledgeable of tax codes and tax laws. He is intelligent, thorough and honest. He has done a great job on my returns. I highly recommend Jack Bennett for all accounting and tax issues.

  Because my husband, son and I are in creative industries, our returns are very complicated. Jack does an absolutely astounding job processing our data quickly and efficiently. He is knowledgeable about the changing laws and knows how to appropriately apply them to our unique situation. He also helps to advise us throughout the year as different questions come up!   Where's the sixth star?! We've been Jack's clients for longer than I can remember. Year in and year out, he exceeds our expectations: prep materials are always received well in advance, and are easy to complete; the annual "check-up" meeting is thorough and our filings are explained carefully; returns are always filed on time; quarterly estimated payments are automated by Jack; and throughout the year he is always readily available for questions and advice. Jack makes paying taxes painless, and that's saying a LOT!

  I just filed with Jack for the first time, I chose him based on the reviews as I just moved here to CA this year. I had an unusual circumstance he was able to guide through with ease. I would have filed differently myself and would have had to pay in a substantial amount. He is thorough and has great follow through.
