  John Dolbec worked with my wife and I on our mortgage for our first home. John was able to make the entire process as stress free as possible by thoroughly explaining every step. Any time I had a question I could expect a quick response that put any concerns I had to bed. My wife and I heard horror stories about how complicated the mortgage process was, but thanks to John it was actually very simple. Everything was able to be done online, so it made the process more efficient and more convenient. I would highly recommend picking John Dolbec as a mortgage lender on your next home.

  John & Fairway were excellent to transact with (they were the lenders for a young man purchasing a property from my Seller). I received update emails throughout the process, there were no hiccups and we closed on time. From a realtor's perspective...the Lender and transaction were exceptional!!

  John and his team made the entire process of buying a home so EASY! They were 100% professional and efficient, often answering my questions before I even asked. John personally met with my husband and I several times throughout the process and was very thorough in his explanation, ensure we understood everything. The process for signing documents was also extremely easy and user friendly. I honestly cannot say enough great things about this lender. They were absolutely amazing!!
