  Jessica was awesome during the whole process of helping me buy my first home! As a first time home buyer, I didn't really know what to expect, but Jessica always made sure I understood every step of the process before I signed anything. She was always there to answer questions, give me spreadsheets of numbers, and extend closing dates/get documents ready every week for months (due to issues with the seller). Jessica went over and beyond during the whole process, and even though the sellers were unresponsive and unprofessional at times, she was always there to send another email to them, or to call me and give me the inside scoop. I highly recommend Jessica if you need a mortgage!!

  I couldn't thank Jess enough throughout this whole process. She was so responsive and organized, and walked me through all of my questions that came up. She and her team helped make the process so smooth and way less nerve wracking than it needed to be, especially for me as a first time homebuyer.   Jessica is an Amazing Loan Officer!! Always right on top of things, communication is definitely key with her!!! As a Realtor it is extremely important for me to be able to reach a loan officer on a weekend. I can honestly say that whenever I called Jessica ( in this case Sunday evening) she picked up and got me what I needed in order for me to submit an offer for my client. Yes we got the offer accepted!!! She takes professionalism to a whole new level!! Awesome working with you and I’ll see you on the next one!!!🙂

  Jessica Hoxsie, an absolute rockstar and by far one of the best in the business. As a first time home buyer, I was overwhelmed by all the different documents I needed to get in order and honestly stressed about the whole process. After reading some horror stories about other first time home buyers and there experiences, I was scared to make the leap from renter to home owner. Then Jess came along and made everything sound easy. She was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me get all my things in order. I had some issues getting the correct statements from my bank, she actually took time out of her day to meet me there and made sure I got exactly what was needed. She was my super hero through the whole process and if it wasn't for her, I would still be renting. I am proud to call myself a home owner and extremely great full to have a person like Jess in my life. If you want the best, call Jess!

  Jessica helped me purchase my first home after trying for years. She is the only one who took the time to listen to me, answer my questions and help me through the homebuying experience. If it wasn't for her and my realtor, Frank Denette, then I wouldn't be a home owner today. Not only did she help me purchase a home but I just closed on a refinance where I am going to save thousands over the term of the mortgage. If I was to purchase another home, I'd call Jessica to help me with financing and you should do the same!
