  Nate was EXTREMELY helpful throughout the loan process. We had a final offer in and paperwork almost done on one house and had to switch to a different house. Nate handled everything immediately and we closed days later on another home. Non of this to mention that I coordinated with him while I was in Japan!! If we buy another home we will definitely talk to Nate.
