  Refinancing a mortgage can be challenging. John Cannon and his team did a fabulous job of minimizing that pain. I have done other refinances over the years, and this was by far the most palatable. I definitely recommend John Cannon and his team. Go for it!

  I refinanced twice with John, both successes. He was able to find amazing deals (better than several competing offers), did a lot of legwork to make sure all the steps went smoothly, and I always felt like I had his full attention. Highly recommended.

  John Cannon is the best Mortgage Specialist I’ve ever worked with. He has helped me several times with refinancing my mortgage over the years. He has gotten me out of financial debt and enabled me to be free of bills and live within my means. He goes above and beyond.   First of all : John Cannon is a first class individual. This whole process from beginning to end has been more than enriching.
