  Derek was a godsend. He walked me though every step of the home buying process. As a first time homebuyer I didn't know where to start. Derek made sure I was able to get approved and gave me areas to work on with my credit when we ran into issues. He asked how much we wanted to pay each month total and factored in taxes and insurance into that total number so we had a very close estimate to the budget we needed to only pay that monthly amount. He handled everything for us, we just gave him our information. He found us a realtor in our area when we said we didn't have one, which was awesome. He even answered my dumb questions about the process and homes in general, without making me feel dumb. I will definitely seek him out for any future home loan needs.

  Adam was wonderful to work with. He has a kind and like-able personality with great communication skills. When we first started working with Adam, our credit was not quite where it needed to be. He gave us pointers and made suggestions that would help raise our credit and it worked. I was able to raise my credit over 100 points in just 3 months. Now, we are new homeowners with good credit and couldn't be happier! We highly recommend Adam!

  Mark provided outstanding service...he provided great consultation, guidance, advice, education, etc. throughout the whole process. His expertise, experience and knowledge were really comforting as we navigated through the buying process. Mark has tremendous people skills (we loved working with him), he knows the home lending industry extremely well (best we ever worked with) and he is very organized.   My wife and I were buying our first home, and we never had a single doubt that Sam Yoder had our best interest in mind. He was extremely easy and quick to communicate with, and expertly answered any and all of our questions. He got us a fantastic rate, and we could not have been more happy with our time with him. Also if you are current or prior military, Sam is a veteran as well and is very knowledgeable on how to get maximum veteran benefits that apply to the home buying process.   Derek is by far the best guy to secure financing through. I am a small business owner, so it is hard to prove income but is team gets that, and it was a pretty seamless process. Most other banks can't because of the non-existent weekly paycheck, so I really appreciate all that he did for me. I got a really great rate, no PMI, and closed early! Our office, EXIT Realty Frontier, use him a lot, all my agents love him and his closing company, Jordan and Mahoney. I highly recommend Derek!!!
