  Tracy was amazing to work with and I cannot imagine going through the loan process without her! She kept us in the loop every step of the way, was incredibly quick to respond, and more than willing to explain every little detail.   Buying your first home can be Incredibly stressful. (Especially with the way the market is currently.) the stress of putting an offer in, the suspense of waiting for it to be accepted or not, the whole financial side of it, the packing, the moving, the list goes on. Lincoln Savings Bank made this process the smoothest it could’ve been. My closing was done so quickly, efficiently, and with no hold ups in the process. (Becky is the best, no one will tell me otherwise….she probably deserves a raise😉) I’m so appreciative and grateful that I chose them to work with and have no regrets. Get your loans here!

  My family has banked with Lincoln Savings Bank for over 40 years. I remember getting gumballs from the penny gumball machine in the bank lobby when I was just 3 or 4 years old while my mom made deposits or withdrawals. I now have a family of my own and run a small business. LSB is my bank for business and personal accounts. They are helpful, courteous, prompt, and honest. They offer the necessary technology advancements (smart phone banking, etc...) as all the other large banks yet these folks live around us. They are local which means the bank's proceeds feed back into our community. The bank's home office is in Reinbeck, Iowa which is a very conservative farming community. Good bank.

  During the home buying experience we had a realtor recommend Jenny Greene to us. On two separate occasions Jenny was able to get us pre approved for a home loan, and on two separate occasions we were told after shortly after getting a purchase agreement in place that we would not be able to get a loan. The second time this happened it was on a Friday afternoon and instead of calling us back to explain what was going on she just went home for the weekend. We chose a different bank and we were still able to get the house. If you want someone who cares about you and is invested in your situation... CHOOSE A DIFFERENT BANK!
