  Mr. JJ has always been a pleasure to work with, he is very professional and very involved with his borrowers as well. He has gotten loan docs to us within 2 weeks earlier than anticipating our closing date.   Joel is professional and thorough all the way down to the dot in the i and the cross of the t's. As first time home buyers, my wife and myself had a plethora of questions; None of which was too challenging for himself. He guided us every step of the way until we finalized the process. We couldn't have done it without his expertise. His abundant personality made the whole process much less stressful in a time when emotions take a rollercoaster ride.
