  I was amazed on how fast we were able to get into escrow. Amit told me once I found a house I liked he would get me into escrow that week. He kept his word and in 25 days I had my first house. After dealing with a bunch of other lenders I didn’t believe it but he was true to his word. He made everything super easy and simple. There was many offers on the house I chose but he was able to beat every other offer. I definitely recommend him and his team. They were all awesome and easy to work with.

He is a capable and reliable agent that makes the process easier by explaining his customers the buying and selling loan process. His advices of what he thought was the best was what made my purchase successful. I also want to point out that I have learned a lot from him, when my family and I started the buying process I had no idea of what to do. Now I am able to describe and pass all the advices.   Very negative experience with this company. I was doing a delayed financing deal and originally told that the process would take 2-3 weeks. It ended up taking over 2 months. I don't know what the ultimate problem was and why it took so long because they did not communicate with me. For the last month of the process, I was told they had everything they needed and were ready to close, but it still took a month from there with no communication on what the delays were. By the end, I was emailing them 2-3 times a week just to get any information from them. I also ended up paying almost $1000 in late fees on other bills because this process took so long. Communication is key even when things are not going as planned and this company did not communicate.
