  We currently did our home refinance with Equinox. I worked with John and his team. They were very professional, prompt, and responsive. The loan process was very easy. He was able to get me a super low rate and cash out on our home. I highly recommend them.

  Katie Vu was the most amazing person we have ever dealt with in our life. Had an answer immediately for any question we ever had and her customer service skills were absolutely AMAZING. Would absolutely recommend her to everybody. Her supervisor Judy Treichler was also absolutely amazing. when i left her a message with a question she got right back to us. First class organization.

  I choose Equinox for refinancing because they already have my prior loan file. All the personnel that I came in contact were highly efficient and professional. They answered all my questions and followed up quickly. It took exactly 30 days from the time I made first contact till the loan funded/closing.

  John and Thanya were very responsive, helpful and kind. The application process was quick, and they provided updates throughout the process. John was even able to lower my rate after the rate lock! I also received a follow up call from Christine to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend the Equinox Home Financing team!

  Was in the market for home refinancing and came across equinox. I had talked to a couple other companies prior to this and I felt like I could get a better offer. Originally I talked with Kevin Fabian, he was prompt and professional in getting the process started. The rest of the process was handled by Thanya Mercado, who was able to keep the lines of communication open throughout the process. Overall I had a positive experience. My critiques would include improvement to the document uploading system and more realistic outcomes as far as closing dates. I had uploaded the same documents several times and even signed some and the company never received them or could not see them in their own system. I was also promised to close in the next couple weeks at least three times. I would definitely recommend this company at this time.

  I had a great experience working with Equinox. Prior to them, I was working with another company for 4 months that never got the job done. After receiving a letter in the mail, I gave Equinox a call. I first spoke to Shaun, who seemed very professional and I appreciated him for being very forthcoming and setting the proper expectations. After the initial review and submitting the docs, I began working with John and Thanya. Their target times were spot on. Great work guys, and I appreciate the effort and you getting the job done!

  I was shopping online and came across Equinox. I gave them a call and spoke with Archie. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He sent me an email with all the required documents needed. The process had been smooth and communication has been very responsive. The best part of it all is the low rate I received. I must say I've spoken to a few people and Archie was by far the most professional person the way everything was handled and communicated! Would recommend to anyone.

  Equinox is the best! If your are self-employed you know how big of a pain in the a@# it is to get a home loan, Equinox can make it happen. My only regret is that I didn't call them sooner.
