  Joe Villegas the lender represented by this establishment is a mediocre and is inauthentic as he left a property in escrow and ghosted the entire team as well as the buyer without communicating. A nightmare is a great description of the trouble he put us all through. Absolutely do not recommend.

  Buying your first home is the most scariest thing in the world but also the most exciting. Having the right people on your side makes a big difference. Joe and Marisela made my experience easy and not scary at all 😃😄 I would highly recommend them for anyone that is looking to borrow money for their first or even their second or third home. I am going to recommend them to all my friends and family if they need this service. Will definitely use them in the future when I buy my second home 😁 I think what sets them apart from others would be their experience, knowledge and the quick turnaround for any question that I had and I had a lot of questions since this was my first home 😃 Not once did I feel like I was asking too many questions.
