  Update for 8-26-18. Delores provide poor servie based on my appearance as well as tring deflect me to come another day. My business account is here and accounts since the 80s. She tryed being nice and the whole time it reminded me how this country still has bias on how you look. They have no traking system on customers. I hope this comment is reviewed because the bank is making money again and do not care about the people that have stayed loayal for years. Horribly understaffed. 1 hour wait times to do a wire transfer. I hate that you can't call in or walk in and get quality customer service.

  Horrible customer service! No one available and willing to answer a question when I'm not sure if I have to wait in line or speak to someone at the desks. No sign in sheet either. One person walking around with a tablet to check people in and when I tried to ask him who I need to see he responded with "sorry, there are other people waiting first." Fifteen minutes later and after signing in 4 people that walked in after me he says "sorry what do you need?" 45 minutes later and I'm still waiting to get a temporary card. Worst back I've been to. Currently there are 36 people in line waiting for a teller and only 3 tellers working, on a Saturday! Ridiculous!

  Unfortunately the only branch closest to Lathrop with the WORST customer service. Everyone from the managers to tellers to bankers have no sense of urgency and respect for their customers! The supervisor or manager behind the teller line doesn't even understand BAManking regulations and makes up false statements just to get customers out of his hands. He never acknowledge clients in the lobby and his example reflects on the entire branch. This branch plain lacks courtesy and respect for everyone that walks through its doors.

  I went to open a new account. I have been banking with BOFA since 2001 but left when the housing issues spiralled downward in 2012. I was entertained by Ronalee the Relationship Manager. She was personable and professional. She is great! I was out in less than 30 minutes with an ATM card in my hands.

  I have been with this bank for a long time and even have a business account with them. After 2.5 yrs of cash deposit, they now tell me that they don't have a coin counter and that it's a waste of their time to count loose coins. Seriously, what kind of bank that doesn't have a coin counter and why didn't they tell me this when I open a business account with them. Now, it an inconvenient for me that I can't deposit the exact $$ for my monthly collection. It will get to damn confusing for my monthly record. Need to find another bank.

  Based on my observation at this bank, more than 90% of the transactions that people go to the teller to complete can be done at the ATM. If I was the branch manager I would have one teller on duty. The frustration of people waiting is self inflicted. I am not a BofA employee .

  There are two ATMs you can choose from in the drive through, one on the left attached to the building and one on the right in between the cars. If you expect them both to be the same you are wrong. If you want to withdraw enough money the one on the right will give you the option of getting 50s and or $20 bills. Always go right!

  OMG!!! I was literally waiting in line with my mother for an hour just to be told that my mother needed to see a banker for our situation. Like what the hell! And why is there always just two tellers?!?!? TWO, can't they afford another one? Get your act together! Please and thank you.

  The worst place ever. Slowest customer service. Lines are very long while employees are just standing there looking at computers and talking amongst themselves

  Anytime I come to this bank it’s atleast a 30 minute wait for sure . There’s a business line but for what ? If I stand the 20 minutes in the regular line I’d still be helped first than just waiting in the other line .
