  I have now worked with Joe Taydus on multiple real estate transactions. I really cannot fathom another loan officer who is more skilled, more knowledgeable, more devoted, more concerned, harder working, more professional, or simply more amazing. Joe is as good as it gets, period. He also doesn't close the deal and walk away. If you need help long after a transaction, he is always there to serve your best interests.
