  We are new to Madison and and found Joe through his informative and entertaining podcast and YouTube channel. When it came time to look for a home, Joe met with us (during the pandemic), listened to what we were looking for and helped us to hone in on the best fit for us.   Joe was absolutely wonderful to work with. As first-time homebuyer, we knew that there was a LOT we DIDN'T know, and Joe helped us feel informed and confident from start to end. He is very knowledgeable about the market and offered plenty of great insight about ways we could change or improve upon different aspects of the homes we looked at.   Joe was recommended to us by our friends. He was great to work with! He guided us through the process, and was helpful in recommending what lender and inspector to work with. He was very responsive to email, and in our scenario, anytime we wanted to see a house he was able to make a tour happen either day of or the next day. We appreciated that during house tours he commented on house qualities we didn't know much about as first time home buyers (mechanical equipment, water damage, etc). We highly recommend him.

  Joe is wonderful. He helped us purchase our first home a few years ago and helped us sell it this year. He's easy to work with, very communicative, always has a smile on his face, personable and friendly too. He knows the market and real estate rules/laws very well. He's interested in growing and building relationships with his clients. He's invited us to many events over the years and still includes us in his family life updates.

  Joe is awesome in every way! He is easy to speak with, takes the time to truly listen, tells you what he can and will do for you and most importantly, DOES THOSE THINGS! I had a fairly complicated sale as it needed to be coordinated with two other sales and had a firm date and time that needed to be met. Joe told me up front it may be difficult but he was able to do it and everything happened the way it needed to for a smooth transition. Joe had a complete team behind him and they all did a great job. The decorator who gave me tips on how to make my house more appealing to a wider audience, a drone flyover showing the home as well as surrounding property, great pictures on both the inside and outside as well as a 3-D rendering. The cheesy bread and apple dumplings were nice touches too! He brings treats!!!! Joe is great realtor and more importantly, a good man with integrity who honestly seeks to help out his clients. I couldn't give a higher recommendation than Joe and will refer him to anyone who ever needs a realtor!
