  I gave 1 star because since they have gone corporate their customer service has gone through the floor and tanked. I have to say that although corporate does not pay attention to long standing customers, Adrian the shuttle driver and Dave in the service department always do an excellent job taking care of me as a long time customer.

  The staff at this facility is absolutely incredible; they are nothing but helpful and have only the customer's best interest in mind. LouAnn was the dealer who helped us, and she was the nicest dealer I've ever encountered. She made it her mission to make sure we fully understood what we were buying and knew the vehicles well, as well as ensuring we received the best deal possible. I highly recommend car shopping here.

  My 1992 Pontiac always gets the Rolls-Royce treatment for everything from a safety inspection to a major repair. i have had the utmost confidence in this service department since I moved to Columbia thirteen years ago.

  I called at the last moment from the DMV to get the paperwork I needed to get plate with an out-of-state title and they did it in a flash. I spoke to Dave and he made everything go quickly for me

  Excellent service staff. Our transmission had problems, but thanks to the 100,000 mile warranty, it was covered and replaced in a timely manner.
