  As I was saying Joe maintained close contact with us even when there was no activity going on by calling us every Tuesday. He was patient when I was not. He expertly helped us through every step of the process, even preparing sample correspondence for us for the lender who was quite particular with their requests. He also critiqued, very gently that I had prepared for the lenders needs. I truly knew nothing about this process. Neither my husband nor I knew all the twists and turn of doing a reverse mortgage. Joe was extremely kind and patiently explained each step in the process to us. We were full of questions and he always promptly responded when we reached out by phone, or email. I found that to be amazing for a busy man. I recommend Joe for your reverse mortgage need. We hope to continue contact with him as we go along the path we have chosen by doing a complete renovation of our home. we are removing walls, installing an elevator and joining a separate mother-in-law's quarters and our upstairs home. We want to make the upstairs as wheel chair accessible for later in life so we can remain in our home as long as possible. Joe fully understands this entire process and can and is willing to share his wisdom with us. I commend him on his patience. knowledge, and "hand-holding" as we went through this lengthy process. I truly appreciate Joe's lengthy, depth and breadth of knowledge. He's awesome in my eyes and is highly recommended by myself and my husband for your reverse mortgage needs.

  Our experience with Joe Kimball was excellent. We had several phone calls as well as video educational emails and zoom calls too, since we are in California. Joe was able to clear up our questions and understanding of reverse purchase mortgages and help my wife and I to feel at ease about our decision to move forward with this "first" for us in 35 years of being home owners.   While still living in California, I decided to move to purchase a home in Florida. During the process of purchasing the home I chose Joe Kimball to be my loan advisor. He explained the differences in a conventional loan and the advantages of a reverse mortgage. I chose a reverse mortgage. During the process, Joe was there every step of the way and assisted me in signing the loan documents, going through the counseling session- mandated by the government to ensure Joe had completely explained the process and choices of choosing a reverse mortgage- and the final steps in the loan process. He also continued to follow-up to ensure I had no questions after the loan went through. He is the only person I would use as a loan officer.   When my husband and I started to plan for retirement we knew that we would have to find creative ways to reduce our expenses. We wanted to be able to stay in the home where we had raised our children and lived for nearly fifty years but we still had a mortgage and the payments would be difficult for us to manage without our current incomes. We had thought ahead about making our one level home as safe for aging in place as possible and felt that a move would be both expensive and daunting. We were introduced to Joe Kimble through our insurance agents and he recommended a HECM reverse mortgage. He graciously took the time to counsel us about the details and answer all our questions about the pros and cons of this type of reverse mortgage. His input helped is arrive at am informed and appropriate decision for our circumstances. We are now approved and no longer needing to make the monthly payments on our mortgage and we can look forward to retiring without worrying about meeting our monthly obligations. We want to thank Joe for his patience and continued encouragement throughout the process of obtaining this type of loan and would highly recommend him.
