      Quick ATM stop and this branch is very impressive outside. Landscaping is done amazingly well and the architecture matches the "modern" style of the entire block.

      I had just opened an account. I waited for debit card to come and found out it didn’t work. I spent weeks trying to get it fixed. I went to other branches and called the 1-800 to basically get the run-around. It wasn’t till I came to this branch that a wonderful young woman named Charlene took the time to help me. She knew what she was doing and now I finally have access to my accounts.

      I called multiple times to change my pin so I could deposit money and access my account on my mobile device. When I finally reached a member, after following the prompts to change a pin, she didn’t ask my name or anything and only said “what’s your account number or social security number”. After I gave my social, she hung up on me and didn’t attempt to contact me back, and I know my account has my phone number attached to it. I called back, following the prompts again, and when I finally reached another representative, I explained the situation that just happened with the previous phone call and her response, with a very rude tone was, “well if it’s not a good time for you then you need to call back at a better time”. And then she proceeded to place my call back in the queue. I then went to my branch to close my account and when asked why, I explained what happened and she said, “well you have to come into a branch to change your pin”, my response was “then why is there an option on the phone system to change your pin if you can’t change your pin on the phone”. All of this could’ve been avoided if I could’ve gotten to change my pin so I could deposit money, but she proceeded to charge me the $11 fee and so that’s when I closed my account. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

      All debit cards have been down for 3+ days and nobody has called once to let me in on why or will even respond to my calls about it. I can’t buy groceries and nobody’s helping, everyone Ik who has cards from here, have had there cards just randomly all stop working same time and day with no explanation or answers. We still can’t even use these cards. Got into bad situations because my card declined when I truly needed it to work more than anything and it wouldn’t even work at the atm either. Just seems so wrong

      The worst bank I have ever experienced. Deposited a check, a week later went to login to my account to see whether it cleared, and I was locked out. Called - they said they CLOSED my account for depositing what they think is a "fraudulent check" (which it wasn't...) No one ever called to tell me in the week that went by that they had any issues, they literally just told me they closed my entire account when I called them. Who does that? Why not tell me or give me a heads up? Called back again, they said it wasn't closed but frozen. Story kept changing about why it was flagged and why I couldn't access any of my funds (including the $ that was in there before). People who work there are extremely rude and made racist remarks about the person who wrote the check bc there was a slight language barrier when they talked on the phone. Made me, the other person's bank, and the other person jump through hoops for a completely valid check! Absolutely terrible at communicating. In the end, I got my money because as I said, it was a completely valid check - but this entire experience and Region's staff made me leave Regions forever. Will never bank at this company or location again.

      This bank has been the worst experience. They closed my personal account because I didn't use my account for a month . I also have a business account with them I was using at the time when they closed my personal account. I went to transfer money to my personal account and they told me it was closed . I never got a letter not even a call or a heads up . My account has always stayed in good standings so has my business account. She told me I could come inside and open a new personal but I declined because if they did it once they will do it twice . Fast forward a month later now they are closing my business account and I ask why The manager Dawn didn't even know why . She said we can do whatever we want . I feel this is payback for not opening an new personal. I call the 1800 number and the lady couldn't find any reason why they would close it . She said Dawn saying she doesn't have to give me a reason was not right and was not their policy. Be aware it's a reason they are a 2 star branch on Google. If you must use region then go to the regions in fort walton not the navarre branch.

      The rudest ladies every single time I go in there. I despise coming here getting money for my work. I work in customer service too & would never in my life treat people the way these ladies do. I am nothing but nice & these ladies are RUDE.

      Absolutely hate this bank! You can never get assistance over the phone. I wish we had other nationwide banks for business accounts in this area.

      My parents have used Regions as their banking service for over 20 years, and me as long as I can remember. They have not disappointed us in any way and are always providing us options and solutions when we ask them questions. They really have a tight-knit family over there and they are kind to us.
