  Crystal was the absolute best. We were purchasing a home at a very hectic time. My husband is in the military, and I was living across the country. She was so patient with meeting all of our needs, making sure we were taken care of, and understanding the difficulties of our distance. We are first time home buyers, and she explained everything so well, and made us truly feel knowledgeable about the process. I would absolutely recommend her!

  We recently bought our dream home. We owe or thanks for the house to Cinnamon. She was incredibly responsive, professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. If you want a broker who can navigate all of the most complicated parts of buying a house, she is who you want. She even guided us through questions typically answered by realtors, with straight forward answers. We didn’t have the time for anyone to tell us any more or less than what was needed to buy the home and her communication was extremely efficient. You will be thankful if you go with Cinnamon. It doesn’t get better than her!!

  Cinnamon was awesome to work with! We initially started a refi with another company and it was a complete nightmare. Then we came across Cinnamon at Abaca. She is very knowledgeable and made the process so easy! Wish we would have found her from the get go! Would definitely do business with her again!

  As a former Licensed Florida Mortgage Broker and Real Estate Sales Associate, I can honestly say Im not necessarily easily impressed. Cinnamon Tyler's knowledge and expertise is far superior to the typical mortgage Broker and her commitment to her clients are stellar. I trusted her with my own home financing and beyond a doubt that was the 100% best decision. She made sure that we moved at the right time and got the best deal saving us thousands of dollars!   I can't say enough great things about the stellar service that Crystal with Abaca Mortgage provides. As a real estate agent I trust to send my clients to her knowing they are in good hands, will have excellent service, and will save money avoiding all the junk fees that other lenders charge. I have confidence when submitting an offer on behalf of those buyers that they have been thoroughly preapproved, and I know that she will work tirelessly to complete their loan on time and will communicate honestly throughout the entire process.
