  Working with Larry was a very painless experience. I never felt forced to buy anything. He helped me to find the car with the exact options I wanted and didn't try selling me a car with different options just because it was on the lot. I got a very good price from the beginning and he was honest about everything. Highly recommended.

  Easy to make appointments. Good quality work and friendly service. Tech kept my status updated via text messages. Car wash when finished. Couldn't as for more!

  Stan is a good staff, helpful and passion. Joe Cotton Ford didn't charge me strange extra fee like tax, document fee, which my friends encountered at other dealers. It's a really good purchase. I definitely will recommend JCF to my friends!

  Had a great experience at Joe Cotton Ford. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Made us feel like family. Love the car I picked out, Ford Fusion Sport. Very knowledgeable sales people. Will definitely go back again!

  Great place to do business, I was able to come to a very good agreement on my 2018 Focus ST purchase with Mike D. and Jay B. It took very little effort on my part and Mike ran through all of the details of the charges. Highly recommend this dealership, and everyone should come here first.

  Purchasing a vehicle through Joe Cotton Ford was a great experience!   We were looking for a new SUV. We look at 3 different SUV, Dodge, Toyota and Ford. Dodge to busy for us.. Toyota was nice but not big enough for us. Joe Cotton Ford help us find the perfect SUV for me and the price I wanted to pay. They truly work with you to make you happy. I did not by my SUV in a day. We took about 2 weeks to do this and they did not hound us. Was great to have the time to ask Question and look for what we wanted. Ken Choate, are sale man was the best!!

  Honestly a fine experience buying at Joe cotton. Issues I have are more with the vehicle. Dash feels incredibly cheap and rickety, and there are more than a few random rattles, which as anyone can attest to, are the absolute worst things in a vehicle as well as one of the hardest to replicate and identify. Jason the salesman was great and worked through everything with me, that's why in eating a 5. If I was eating the vehicle itself, it would be lower because of these annoying random noises.

  This used to be a great dealership - I brought my Escape here for years. I picked up my car from the service department to find a 30 inch crack in my windshield. There was also a dirty smudge along the inside like someone saw the crack and ran their glove along it. The service rep acted surprised when I pointed it out, then he told me it was there when I brought the vehicle in. I could not believe how dishonest he was. He could have replaced the windshield or reimbursed me my $100 insurance deductible and retained a customer. He refused to speak with my insurance broker, refused to return my calls, and he called ME a liar. Very dishonest dealership.
