  I went in here the other day to deposit some coins that I had been saving up for a while now and the teller told me that not only do they accept coins for deposit into accounts, but they will accept them only if they are stacks that are rolled and papered. I thought this country had a coin shortage, but apparently they don't need coins that much if they're refusing to take in large amounts of loose coins for deposit.

  I had issues with the chip on my card and I ordered new card. I never got my card. I called in for help and reordered a new one. Again, I never got my card. I went in the bank asked for help and they kept telling me to reorder it until 5th time. I went to the bank at this location and asked for help again. Ulises was nice but the lady manager (a curvy middle Eastern appearance woman) yelled at me and told me where I live was a bad place so that the cards never got delivered. She yelled at me in front of the whole bank and called me crazy for letting the same problem happen repeatedly. I am the customer who took my day off to come in and asked for help. It is her job to figure out why my cards never got delivered and the chips problems. It’s so ridiculous how she kept yelling at a customer while she’s the manager. That’s not how a manager should be.

  Always a great experience at this location. Convenient location and the staff is pretty friendly. Chase has really stepped up their customer experience game. Way better than the other big banks. The tellers are friendly and the lobby is always clean. I would recommend this location

  Chase Bank has a few good people, but for the most part they are totally incompetent! I had deposit accounts in the 7 digit range and they made it almost impossible to get a $200 K mortgage. Their fraud department can not figure out or follow through on the easiest of tasks and makes it very very difficult to communicate with them. Their investment department charges you thousands of dollars to “manage” your investments and they never made a single change for over 2 years when the investments were losing money. And lastly, they pay you nothing for interest on your bank accounts balances. They are the WORST bank I have ever dealt with!

  BEWARE....Chase Marriott Bonvoy credit card is nothing but trouble. I signed up for it since the promotion sounded good. Made my first purchase which was well within my credit limit and Chase closed my account! No text or phone call to me. WHY? Now my credit report will be dinged. AVOID this card at all costs.

  By far the slowest bank I've been too. I have to come here all the time for work and it's prob the worst part of my job. The thing is the longer they take the earlier I have to come to work. Because they consistly take so long to make change I have to leave for work a hour early. The one on county farm and roosvelt is way faster.

  Very bad customer service.I called them and asked about notry they said they have 2 persons and told me to come and when i went there after sitting 30 mins nobudy came and ask me i only reached one person who works at there he said he one is available he said he will check and let me know. Instead of telling me he stand and talking with his collague and i was very upset

  Great staff that are willing to help you with any banking needs. I’ve experienced no problems with them so far and have been with chase for only 8 months. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.
