Toni Walker1The tellers are friendly but the manager of that branch is not helpful. I waited today to see him for 10 minutes as he worked on his computer. I got up to ask the teller how long do I have to wait, she looked on her computer and said the manager is on the phone.. She couldn't help me and told me to call Customer Service at the 1800 number. This is the third time that I've been there with a problem and had to go home to call Customer Service. They are rather incompetent at doing their job. The branch manager is just lazy.

Israel Capetillo1tellers & bankers are friendly but the management here is the worst possible customer service from the manager of the branch. He was not friendly and didn't resolve my concern that was caused by a bank error. This mistake and him not resolving it cost me $500.00. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK UNTIL THE MANAGER IS CHANGED.

Gavin Martin1Such a remarkably bad branch. The behind the counter tellers were actually eager to help, but unfortunately for all of us (and for them) the management here is just terrible. Rude, condescending, and unhelpful. They also enforce policies that make your life way harder than it has to be. Many of these policies are not federally regulated, but instead some US Bank nonsense that seriously degrades the customer experience. Other banks don't have such policies. My advice would be never take a job with this company, and certainly never do your banking with US Bank. They don't have your back.

Chuck Faso5I've been banking at the Carol Stream bra ch for many years. The employees have always been courteous and helpful. Never aproblem with any of them. Shout out to Jaminda Bryant and Kal the branch manager for all their help.

Jamana the branch manager of that bank has no common sense or the want to help you out if you have a problem, brushes you off and says whatever just to get you away from her desk,I have had several issues whenever she gets involved. Promising to call you back the next day and week goes by and nothing, called serval times that week and she's "busy", really ridiculous.the really nice Indian lady(forgot her name)behind the counter, should be running the place...she always takes care of whatever problem is occurring and calls back when she says...whoever the regional manager of the area is, really needs to consider why his bank has such bad reviews and start cleaning house! porter groves1Shut the coin machine down a hour before closing which I understand. But as I was walking to the the teller looked up, began shaking his head and just said no, we can't. I thought it was a joke and someone else rehab to tell me they shut it down early.

Ben Aragon1Went to withdraw some money from my checkings. The Indian male asked me why I was withdrawing such a large amount and refused to give it to me unless I told him what it was for. It’s my money and I can whatever I want with it.
