  WOW!!! Talk about AMAZING service! From the very beginning of filling out my application to days after closing, Jody was there EVERY step of the way. Purchasing a home can be extremely stressful (especially in this market) and I would do it 1,000 times again with Jody as my lender! He made this process quick, simple and easy! Anytime I had questions about anything he was right there with an answer. He would let us know right when he would send an email so we could be on the look for it to have the most effective closing possible. Jody did a wonderful job explaining each document and WHY we were filling it out so we never had to wonder about anything.   I needed a quick pre-approval on a Saturday to make an offer on a competitive home. My agent introduced me to Jody. We didn't end up winning that deal but a week or so later we had an offer accepted on a different home. Jody was always available and on point with our timeline and moving targets. He was able to get us to closing much faster than other parties lenders who ended up being the bottle neck in the simultaneous closing. I previously had a big box lender who apparently took the weekends off and I'm thankful for that because Jody kept his foot on the gas and got the deal through the finish line.

  So thankful for Jody Pritchard! He helped my boyfriend and I purchase a home when we thought it was unrealistic. Jody helped us achieve every goal we needed to, to be home owners.
