  Here's the deal: Joanne is going to work with you to get you the best financing and terms available. She will clearly explain your options and help you to close on time. We've used her four times now and have been impressed with her professionalism and customer service each and every time. Hands down the best mortgage broker out there. I first started working with Joanne in 1997 when we purchased a home in Keller, TX. She was recommended by the buyers agent we were using at the time. Joanne took the time to assess our situation and provide a mortgage solution that worked for us and found us a more than reasonable rate and payment. We later moved to West Texas and again sought Joanne's help in financing our next home. Once again she worked with us, explained our options and got us into a rate that was better than other quotes I'd seen. After rates dropped a little later on, Joanne was able to get us into a shorter term mortgage and an even lower rate. Now years later we again find ourselves seeking Joanne out to help us with a refi on our Hill Country home. She was able to lock us in at a rate that was stellar compared to what I was paying and compared to other quotes I'd seen. Joanne is easy to work with and clearly has her clients' best interests in mind. I highly recommend her.

  I had a great experience working with Joanne. As a first-time home buyer, I found her transparency about the closing process and associated costs particularly helpful. Joanne did a thorough job of putting her offer in context with regards to how it compared to the rest of the market. She encouraged me to talk to other lenders as well in order to make sure that I got the best deal possible, and never hesitated to answer questions, even if they were regarding another offer. I recommend!!

She made it so easy to get pre-approved and kept me informed through the entire process. She was by my side as a partner at closing and there were no questions or issues from the title company.
