  The Credit Union of Texas is the best small town bank in Dallas. I’ve been a member for almost 60 years and when I’ve needed them they have been there—from a line of credit, to financing cars, or to deposit or cash a check—they are the best! I really like the service I’ve received at the Irving Branch. Karen and Olivia were very helpful when I needed to make a large withdrawal and then later to redeposit the money I’d withdrawn because I decided not to do the deal. They completed all the necessary paperwork promptly and I was soon on my way. Thanks!

  If you go into the Irving location. Make sure you work with Tee Davis setting up your new credit union membership. She was very knowledgeable about the Texas Credit Union products and services. She was also very polite and patient with me as I wanted know everything about my new bank!

  I LOVE IT HERE! I've had so many surprises at "Napital One". My account was changed twice without me knowing. One day I had new routing numbers, another day I had a new debit card. I knew I had to get away from them but was hesitant. Since opening this account I've been very happy. It also helps that the crew here is amazing. I especially enjoy driving up and seeing Ms. Karen on the monitor. This woman is the CUTX guru! She knows EVERYTHING and explains it all to you in the sweetest way! Thank you for making bank visits so enjoyable :)

  I have been a member of this credit union for years. The team at the Valley view location f4om the Manager down are the best at what they do and I believe it is because they genuinely love what they are doing. They show you respect and consideration rather you have $20 or $20 thousand in your account. I could say more but the amount of stars should indicate how I feel.

  I am a depositor and member of The Credit Union of Texas and have been for over thirty years. I know of what write. The country’s worst “customer service”. Getting a debit card sent through the mail takes 10 business days or $35 to expedite to five.? They use opertunitys like this to take your money. It stinks!

  Love my bank! They are always super sweet and helpful. They always know everything about the banking experience. 20+ years. Irving & Duncanville branches are my favorite!

  For the past several years, customer service at this credit union has been in free fall. If you call or visit a branch, you learn that CU of Texas thinks they are doing a great job and the customer is entirely to blame if they don't applaud. As for helping with customer inquiries, there is first a general slowness to respond and bestir oneself, and then incomprehension, followed by marketing folderol. Been a customer for a very long time, so all this is hard now to say. But I'm done.

  Each visit to the Irving branch is a joy and learning experience in banking. My questions and concerns were taken care by Ms. Erika Brown, she was a delight to chat with and gave more than one option to my questions and concerns. Thank you.
