  Joan has been our first call for mortgage and refi needs since 2010 and we consistently refer friends and family to her. She has walked us expertly through 2 home purchases and 1 or 2 refinances. Her customer service is second to none... we contact her with needs but also with general questions and she's ALWAYS willing to help or educate in a way that makes you feel empowered.   I could not have asked for a better experience in working with Joan. As a first time home buyer you hear the “shop around until you find the lowest rates” blah blah blah…. When I found Joan I knew immediately she was who I needed to go with…. And she got my a rate lower than I was thinking I was going to get. She put all of my worries of being a first time home buyer at ease and walked me through every step of the process. Her level of care for me as a customer was unmatched. I also bought a house 2 hours from her office and my realtor specifically said that if they get mortgage lenders that are not local to the town and they typically have a difficult time getting all of the paperwork they need on time. She went on to say that she too was incredibly impressed with Joan’s promptness and that she has been the best out of town mortgage lender that she ever worked with. I cannot wait to use Joan again in the future.

  Joan has completed a number of loans for my family and we couldn’t be happier. I’m not sure if she eats, breathes, and sleeps with her cell phone, but her communication is amazing. If only I could find a Joan for everything else in life. 10/10 recommendation!!
