  I had an excellent experience with this lender. My loan officer was amazing (Mr. Robert Martin)- could not have asked for a more professional, respectful, and communicative person to work with. From my first contact to the signing day, Bob was there every time I had a question, had to "check the numbers" or simply to ask for advice. He was transparent regarding the rates I would get, the cost and the different options. He was always prompt with his answers and really just a genuine, honest person to work with.

  My husband and I were first time home buyers, so this process was very intimidating at first. Joan was easily reachable, she answered any and all of our questions that came up, and she didn’t make any us feel like the questions we had were silly questions. Throughout the process, they were very transparent with numbers so we weren’t surprised on closing day. We also received a nice email timeline with tasks to complete, all of our signing was done electronically so we could complete at our own pace.

  Hands down I would request to work with Heather M. She is the real deal. Her communication is the best and she is very efficient. She communicates very effectively and she is great at explaining things to you that you may not know or understand. Heather talked me through each step of the process and was determined to get my family the best rates possible. She was also very determined to get my family into our dream home and even before the holiday. My file was a tough one but Heather gave it 150% and my family could not be more appreciative! Do yourself a favor and work with Heather!

  Robert Martin is stellar! We were quite nervous going in to the house buying process. Robert (Bob) walked us through the entire process and always made sure we understood exactly what was happening and how to do what we needed to do. He didn't mess around. He was there to answer every question we could think of. My wife and I are so very impressed with the high level of service we received.
